It’s pretty comfortable! Applies a good amount of pressure that isn’t restrictive. It is a brace, obviously, so flexing the palm backward for typing or anything like that is difficult so it’s recommended mostly for downtime where you aren’t using your hands much. I needed these because my sleep positions with my arms are stressful on my wrists. I’ll update my review after i wear these consistently to bed!
